Glyphosate ELISA AOAC Kit for Durum Wheat-Whole Oats-Groats-Yellow Peas-Red LentilsAOAC-certified ELISA kit for detection of glyphosate in durum wheat, whole oats, groats, yellow peas and red lentils.Brand: GSD Availability: In stockSKU: 500089 €1012.02 excl tax Qty.: Request quote Create wishlist OKAdd to wishlistProduct Description The Glyphosate AOAC ELISA Plate Test is a direct competitive ELISA based on the recognition of Glyphosate by polyclonal antibodies. The sample is derivatized and added to microtiter wells coated with goat anti-rabbit antibodies, followed by the addition of rabbit anti-Glyphosate antibodies and a Glyphosate enzyme conjugate. A competitive reaction occurs between Glyphosate present in the sample and the enzyme-labelled Glyphosate for the available antibody binding sites. After incubation and a washing step, the substrate solution is added to generate a colour signal. The intensity of the blue colour is inversely proportional to the concentration of Glyphosate present in the sample. The colour reaction is stopped after a specified time and evaluated using an ELISA reader. Sample concentrations are determined by interpolation using the standard curve constructed with each run. The AOAC ELISA method demonstrated good correlation with the LC-MS/MS reference method performed by independent laboratories involved in the approval of the test method under AOAC Performance Tested™ License No. 072104. Kit Features • Quantitative detection Designed for the sensitive and quantitative detection of Glyphosate using ELISA technology. • Direct competitive ELISA Based on the specific recognition of Glyphosate by polyclonal antibodies. • AOAC Performance Tested™ Method approved under AOAC Performance Tested™ License No. 072104. • Correlation with LC-MS/MS The method demonstrated good correlation with the LC-MS/MS reference method used by independent laboratories during the AOAC approval process. • Quantitative results Sample concentrations are determined by interpolation using the standard curve constructed with each assay run. • Standard ELISA reader Colour development is evaluated using an ELISA reader following the assay procedure.Products specificationsAttribute nameAttribute valueTechnologyELISASizes96 tests
